By accessing or using the Pórtico platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including organization administrators, staff members, and any other individuals who access the Service.

Pórtico is a property operations platform that helps short-term rental operators manage cleaning, maintenance, inspections, scheduling, and related workflows. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@portico.app.

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; upload or transmit any harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content; interfere with the operation of the Service; or resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

You retain ownership of data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data as necessary to provide the Service. Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
